Namaste, My name is Lisa Young, and I am the mother of 2, business owner, and yogini. I have been a yoga teacher for 16 years and my specialty for 9 years has been prenatal and postnatal yoga. I was inspired and transformed through my first blissful pregnancy and empowering birth experience, to share the benefits of yoga with pregnant women. I had a smooth, easy pregnancy and quick, easy natural birth, and I am confident my consistent yoga practice and tools had something to do with this.

You, too can have a joyful healthy pregnancy and an amazing positive birth experience. You are biologically engineered for pregnancy and birth, and yoga teaches that we have everything we need inside. Yoga helps us remember and trust our body's wisdom and innate strength. Prenatal Yoga will also help you relax, connect with your baby, and prepare you mentally and physically for this exciting opportunity of a lifetime - your birth and motherhood! It will help you heal and strengthen after pregnancy and birth, too.

Yoga will soften the intensity of all the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. It will leave you feeling confident, calm, and beautiful.
